The fully furnished apartment has recently undergone a complete renovation to provide upscale living accommodations.

The beautifully decorated living room is a stunning space, complete with a comfortable sofa, a TV area and a beautiful artificial fireplace.

The fully equipped open plan kitchen has all the modern appliances needed to cook a delicious meal. This is perfect for exploring different cuisines or even making your favorite classics.

The master bedroom is bright and spacious, with ample storage space for your belongings and its own exit to the terrace. The bed is dressed in fresh hotel-quality sheets.

The modern bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, fluffy towels and toiletries to help you relax and rejuvenate at the end of the day.

The private terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture for outdoor activities.

The house will be professionally cleaned and set to immaculate hotel standards before your arrival. We are committed to making your stay perfect and you will have full access to the property. Please treat it with the same respect with your home, we know you will.

Guest access
You will have total access to my place, so please treat it as your own and respect it. My goal is to make each of my guests comfortable, allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

Other things to keep in mind
I provide free clean sheets, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that ADDITIONAL linens cost £30 per pack. Send me a message if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

Although I will not be available in person, I do enlist the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure your stay will be flawless!

Late check-out required in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1:00 pm.
Unauthorized late check-out will be charged at £50 per hour.

Please do not move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.

If the furniture is not in the right place after check-out, you will be charged 100 GBP.

Smoking is strictly prohibited, with a penalty of £500
